Hi there!

I am a curious, creative, and opportunity-driven person with a long background in project management, event planning, and yoga. Over the years, I have led development projects in gender equality, local community growth, tourism, and sustainable health – always with people at the center.

In the fall of 2024, I returned to studying and immersed myself in Generative AI, earning my AI Driver’s License in January 2025. In February 2025, I attended the Women in Gen AI Summit in San Francisco, where the latest innovations from Silicon Valley sparked new thoughts and ideas about the future.

My journey has taken me through many different roles – from launching Sister Business, a digital platform for women entrepreneurs, to leading gender equality initiatives at both regional and national levels. I was also part of the Swedish delegation at the UN Women’s Conference in New York, worked on Stockholm County’s rural development strategies, and co-founded Höglunda Gårdsvärdshus in Jämtland together with my children’s father.

My academic background is in cultural studies, primarily focusing on ethnology and gender studies. I have always been driven by the desire to change the world. Along the way, life has given me insights that ultimately made me realize that the most important change must start from within.

I am a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher and will complete my Level 2 certification in the fall of 2025. Kundalini yoga is a powerful path to transformation, using techniques such as eye focus, breathwork, mantra, movement, and meditation to strengthen the nervous system, increase presence, and create deep inner insights.
